Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, the European Economic Area, or the United Kingdom, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason. Fan club memberships on Fan Club Pro are ongoing digital services sold to you by the Creator who runs the club (the seller and merchant of record, as described in our Terms of Service); Fan Club Pro, Inc. ("Fan Club Pro") provides the platform, and payment goes directly to the Creator's own Stripe account.

How the 14-day right works for memberships

The withdrawal period ends 14 days after the day you purchase the membership. Because a membership gives you immediate access to the club's content and community, at checkout you expressly request that the service begin right away and acknowledge that an early withdrawal is settled pro-rata. If you withdraw within the 14 days, you are entitled to a refund reduced proportionately for the period during which you had access before telling us (or the Creator) that you wished to withdraw. Renewal charges after the first purchase are covered by the club's own membership terms, and every club also offers self-serve cancellation at any time from your account's billing portal, which stops future charges.

How to exercise the right

Before the 14-day deadline, send an unequivocal statement that you wish to withdraw. You can use the model form below, but you don't have to. Send it either to the club's Creator (via the contact details on their club page) or to us at club@fanclubpro.com with the subject "Withdrawal request" and we will pass it to the Creator and confirm receipt to you without delay. It is enough to send your notice before the period expires.

Refunds

Refunds under a valid withdrawal are made by the Creator through the original payment method without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day they are informed of your decision, and you will not be charged any fee for the reimbursement.
