Child Safety Policy
Child sexual abuse and exploitation has no place on Fan Club Pro. Here is how we prevent it, how to report it, and what we do when it is reported.
Last updated: August 24, 2026
Fan Club Pro, Inc. ("Fan Club Pro", "we", "us", or "our") operates a platform that lets artists run paid fan clubs with posts, photos, video, events and chat (the "Platform"). Child sexual abuse and exploitation ("CSAE") is strictly prohibited on the Platform. This policy explains our standards, the tools we give people to report violations, how we respond, and how to contact us.
What is prohibited
We prohibit, without exception, any content or conduct that sexualises, exploits or endangers a minor. This includes:
- Child sexual abuse material ("CSAM"), in any form, including drawn, computer-generated or AI-generated depictions.
- Sexualised depictions of minors, including suggestive posing, framing or commentary.
- Grooming, sexual solicitation of a minor, or attempting to arrange contact with a minor for sexual purposes.
- Sextortion, or trading, requesting or advertising sexual content involving minors.
- Trafficking, or promoting or facilitating any of the above.
These rules apply to every surface of the Platform: club pages, posts, comments, photo and video galleries, community forums, live chat, direct messages, profile content and uploaded media. They apply equally to artists, club members and visitors.
Minimum age
You must be at least 13 years old to create a Fan Club Pro account. In countries whose law sets a higher minimum age for data-processing consent, that higher age applies instead and is enforced at sign-up. Accounts we believe belong to someone under the applicable minimum age are removed.
How to report
Anyone can report content or an account, whether or not they have an account with us:
- In the app and on the web — every community post, comment and chat message carries a Report control. Reports go straight to our moderation queue.
- Block — members can block another member, which removes that person's content from their view across community, comments and chat.
- By email — write to safety@fanclubpro.com. Please include a link to the content or profile and anything that helps us find it. Reports may be made anonymously.
If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first. In the United States you can also report directly to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) at report.cybertip.org.
How we respond
Reports of CSAE are treated as our highest priority and are reviewed ahead of all other reports. When we identify a violation we will, as appropriate:
- Remove or disable access to the content immediately.
- Suspend or permanently terminate the accounts involved, and the club where warranted.
- Preserve the content and associated account records as required by law.
- Report to NCMEC's CyberTipline as required of electronic service providers under 18 U.S.C. §2258A, and cooperate with law enforcement.
We do not require a report to act. Our staff can remove content and suspend accounts on their own initiative, and we act on credible information from any source.
Prevention
Alongside reporting and removal, we operate a moderation queue reviewed by our staff, member blocking, an age floor enforced at sign-up, and account-level suspension and termination. We continue to invest in proactive detection of known CSAM in uploaded media, and we update this policy as those measures change.
