How Fan Club Pro uses cookies and similar technologies.
Last updated: July 7, 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how Fan Club Pro, Inc. ("Fan Club Pro", "we", "us", or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on our website, applications, and embeddable widgets (the "Platform"). It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They let a site remember your actions and preferences over time, such as keeping you signed in. Similar technologies, like local storage, work in comparable ways. We keep our use of these technologies minimal and focused on running the Platform.
2. How we use cookies
We use cookies almost entirely for strictly necessary purposes: signing you in, keeping your session secure, and protecting the Platform from abuse. We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not sell your information. Our product analytics are privacy-focused and measure aggregate usage without setting tracking cookies or building an advertising profile of you.
3. Cookies we use
| Cookie | Purpose | Type | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| st_account | Keeps you signed in to an artist or label account. | Strictly necessary | Until sign-out or session expiry |
| st_member | Keeps a fan signed in, including inside the embeddable widget on a Creator's own site. | Strictly necessary | Until sign-out or session expiry |
| st_auth | Records only whether you are signed in (and as a fan or an artist) so the page shows the correct signed-in state after you navigate back. Holds no personal data. | Strictly necessary | Until sign-out or session expiry |
| st_staff | Session for our internal team administration area. | Strictly necessary | Until sign-out or session expiry |
| Infrastructure cookies (for example, __cf_bm) | Set by our security and network provider (Cloudflare) to mitigate bots and keep the service available. | Strictly necessary | Short-lived |
The exact cookies present can vary slightly depending on how you use the Platform. If we introduce any non-essential cookies in the future, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.
4. Third-party services
Some cookies are set by providers that help us operate the Platform, such as Cloudflare for security and delivery. If a Creator embeds our widget on a site that also uses Shopify or other services, those services may set their own cookies governed by their own policies. We are not responsible for third-party cookies set outside the Platform.
5. Managing cookies
Because the cookies we use are strictly necessary to sign you in and keep the Platform secure, blocking them may prevent you from staying logged in or using core features. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings, and you can browse public marketing pages without signing in. Most browsers let you refuse or remove cookies and clear local storage; see your browser's help pages for instructions.
6. Do Not Track
Because we do not track you across other websites or serve targeted advertising, our behavior does not change based on a browser "Do Not Track" signal. We simply do not do the kind of cross-site tracking those signals are meant to limit.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
