Open any artist's club page and pick a membership plan. You sign in with your email, check out securely through Stripe, and you are a member the moment your payment clears.

It depends on the club, but memberships can unlock exclusive music and videos, members-only photo galleries, a private community, early-access events, giveaways, and store perks. Each club page shows exactly what every plan includes.

Open your account inside the club and use the billing portal to update your card, switch plans, or cancel. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.

Stripe retries the charge automatically and you keep access while it does. You will get an email so you can update your card before anything lapses.

Yes. Payments run through Stripe, and Fan Club Pro never sees or stores your full card details.

Yes. One free Fan Club Pro account works across every club, and each membership is billed and managed separately.

From your account settings, in the app or on the web: open Delete account and confirm. Your account is deactivated straight away, any paid membership is cancelled so you are not billed again, and you have 30 days to change your mind. Signing back in during that window restores everything. After 30 days it is permanently deleted. Yes. You can delete any post, comment or chat message you wrote, leave a club to end that membership and come off its member list, or clear your profile photo and saved shipping address in your account settings. For anything else, email privacy@fanclubpro.com and tell us what to remove.

No. Fan Club Pro is a standalone platform with its own memberships, content, and billing. Connect Shopify later only if you want to offer members exclusive store discounts.

You connect your own Stripe account and members pay you directly, at exactly the prices you set. Fan Club Pro takes no cut of your membership revenue and never holds your money; your only cost is your club's flat monthly plan.

Yes. Every club gets an embed you can drop into any site with a single snippet. Fans join, unlock content, and take part in the community without leaving your page.

Yes. Run one plan or several, and gate any track, video, gallery, event, or tab to specific plans. Members only ever see what their membership unlocks.

Yes. Labels and managers can run several clubs from one dashboard, each with its own plans, content, branding, and member list.

Yes. You own your member list and can export it at any time, so your audience is always portable.
